Sound of Vision is a glimpse into one man’s journey to belong: born and bred in the City of Lights, watch how Frank Senior confronts the hurdles, and embraces the beauty, of the city he will never see. This documentary was originally conceived as part of a competition for the International Documentary Challenge, where it won the PBS POV Award, the Jury Prize, the Audience Award, Best Cinematography, Best Editing, and Best Use of the Experimental Genre. It has since been featured on PBS P.O.V. and nominated for a 2013 Emmy Award.
