APPLES IN STEREO: DANCE FLOOR (WITH ELIJAH WOOD)

New video from Apples in Stereo for the uber catchy synthy single, “Dance Floor”  featuring the  hobbit star power of Elijah Wood. Apples in Stereo’s new album  Traveller’s in Space and Time will be officially released on April 20th and according to the band sounds “like there’s a party on a UFO, and everybody’s invited to come in.” The video for “Dance Floor” might not involve UFO’s but does involve a time-travel caper involving Wood as a middle school physical science and gym teacher along side Apples lead Schneider, as a scientist/ disco singer who uses the electromagnetic properties of fruit and vegetables to make beats.  Seems like strange bed fellows, but Frodo actually owns the label, Simian Records, that’s releasing the new Apples In Stereo album and directed the band in their video for “Energy”.
