Yusuf Sevincli was born in Zonguldak, Turkey in 1980. Graduated from the Communication Faculty at Marmara University in Istanbul in 2002. Gained experience as a photographer for various newspapers and magazines between 2000 and 2004. Finished a masterclass on documentary photography in Nordens Fotoskola, Sweden in 2004. Lives and works in Istanbul.
