Chris Alker, aka The Dance Machine/DJ By Night/The Weatherman is a New York based designer, DJ, writer, remixer and party planner. Originally from Texas, he moved to New York City in the winter of 2004 to work full time in the field of architecture. With a passion for dance music, art, architecture and fashion, he has tapped into the city’s creative pulse in an effort to share his ideas, writings and cherished damaged-disco record collection.
